How It Works

We match each new member up with a mentor based on their preferred exercise style and what they want out of the experience. Then, your mentor will teach you our formula for the best results possible, as well as helping craft a workout plan specially tailored to each member. They can help curate a schedule and teach you anything new you may need to learn to get your desired results.

Our Formula

Our formula is the patented creation of Michael, that takes into consideration your lifestyle and desires regarding your fitness journey to get you the best possible results. He has done extensive research to ensure that our formula can be adjusted for every person and life and still get you where you want to be.

Mentors

Before he came to us at Meathead, Seamus was a boxer in Ireland. He primarily focuses on strength training and cardio. He is a tougher coach and will make sure that you do your best to reach your goals. That being said, he is also kind and always encouraging. If a more structured mentor is what you're looking for, Seamus is the man for you.

Lily is a professional powerlifter, and an avid crossfitter. She used to compete in weightlifting competitions before becoming a member here. She is an encouraging mentor, and always has something postive to say, and will support you in becoming who you want to be. Lily likes to focus on the physical aspect of exercize and how it can help you physically.

Logan is our longest standing mentor. He got a degree in sports medicine before becoming a coach in various gyms around the state before settling with us here. He focuses on the more scientific side of how exercize can help you, so if that is your interest, Logan is the mentor for you.
